Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive southwest to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving around midday. After lunch at your lodge or camp, embark on an afternoon game drive in this world-famous reserve. The Mara is home to the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and numerous bird species. Enjoy the dramatic savanna landscapes and capture memorable wildlife photography during the golden hour. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Start early to catch the predators at their most active and enjoy sightings of lions, leopards, and cheetahs. A picnic lunch can be arranged in the park to maximize wildlife viewing time. The afternoon game drive takes you through riverine forests and open plains where elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife roam freely. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, then enjoy an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is famous for its flamingos, as well as white and black rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and waterbucks. Photograph the stunning lake and surrounding landscapes before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, drive from Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha, stopping along the way for scenic photos of the Rift Valley. Arrive at Lake Naivasha and enjoy a boat ride to see hippos, a variety of bird species, and the scenic lake environment. You may also visit Crescent Island for a walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Return to your lodge for lunch, then relax or enjoy optional activities such as cycling or guided nature walks. Dinner and overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi Departure
Begin the day with an optional early morning boat ride or nature walk around the lake. After breakfast, check out of your lodge and drive back to Nairobi, stopping en route for scenic photos or lunch. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon for airport transfer or hotel drop-off, concluding your memorable Best of Kenya Safari.
